📚 General & Getting Started

We work primarily with small businesses in the Lehigh Valley and Reading, PA area with annual revenues between $500K and $5M. This includes service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning), professional services (law firms, accounting practices, consulting), hospitality and food service, retail and e-commerce, health and wellness (salons, fitness studios, medical practices), and contractors and tradespeople. If you’re a small business owner who wants to operate more efficiently and grow — we’re a fit.

Freelancers typically offer a single specialized skill — a web designer, a social media manager, a bookkeeper. We offer strategic consulting across six service areas, which means we can see how the different parts of your business affect each other and make recommendations that actually address root causes instead of symptoms. We also tend to build ongoing advisory relationships rather than one-time project engagements.

Our primary focus is the Lehigh Valley and Reading, PA region because local knowledge and relationships matter to us. That said, for services that don’t require in-person work — like AI consulting, website design, branding, and remote tech support — we occasionally work with businesses outside our immediate area. It always starts with a free 30-minute consultation — either in-person or via video call. We ask about your business, your current challenges, and your goals. From there, we’ll recommend a specific service or package that fits. Most engagements then move into a paid discovery phase (usually 1–2 weeks) where we do a deeper assessment before beginning implementation work.

Not at all. Our entire approach is built around making AI accessible to non-technical business owners. We handle the technical setup, configuration, and integration — and we train your team to use the tools through practical, hands-on sessions that focus on your specific workflows. If something is too technical to explain clearly, we change the approach.

Yes — this is one of our most common scenarios. 82% of small business employers have invested in at least one AI tool but report they’re not using it to its full potential. We’ll start with an audit of what you have, identify why it’s underperforming, and either fix the implementation or recommend a better-suited alternative. You may already be paying for everything you need.

More than most owners realize. 💵 Pricing & Engagements

Consulting projects vary significantly based on the size of your business, the scope of work, and what’s already in place. A workflow audit for a 5-person team looks very different from one for a 30-person operation. We want to give you an accurate number — not a padded range designed to make the invoice seem like a bargain. A 30-minute consultation gives us what we need to quote you precisely.

Both. We offer one-time project engagements for defined deliverables (website builds, SOP documentation, tech audits, etc.) and ongoing monthly retainer arrangements for clients who want a consistent advisory relationship. Many clients start with a project and move to a retainer. Retainers typically run $500–$3,000/month depending on service depth.

Our smallest engagements start around $500 for focused, one-time deliverables like a Google Business Profile setup or a tech stack assessment. Most clients invest $1,500–$5,000 for initial project work, then consider an ongoing retainer. We don’t have minimums for monthly retainers — we’ll scope it based on what you actually need.

For most projects, we collect 50% at the start of an engagement and 50% upon completion. For larger projects (over $5,000), we may structure milestone-based payments. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. We accept ACH, check, and all major credit cards.

We’ll help you answer this before any money changes hands. During our initial consultation, we’ll estimate the time savings, revenue opportunity, or cost reduction tied to our recommended services. If we can’t show you a credible path to ROI that exceeds your investment — we’ll tell you that instead of taking your money.

🌐 Website & Branding

We primarily build on WordPress using the Elementor page builder — the most widely used platform for small business websites. WordPress powers over 40% of all websites on the internet and gives you full ownership and control of your site. We also work with other platforms (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify) if you have an existing site on those platforms or a specific preference.

Yes — we build all websites with owner independence in mind. You’ll be able to update text, images, and basic content without any technical knowledge. We provide a brief training session after launch so you know exactly how to make common changes. For clients who prefer not to manage it themselves, we offer monthly maintenance plans.

We’ll need: your logo (or we can create one), brand colors if you have them, copy/text for your pages (or we can write it), any photos of your business/team/work (or we’ll use professional stock photos), and access to your domain registrar and current hosting if applicable. We’ll provide a detailed content checklist during onboarding.

Our logo design service includes: an intake questionnaire and discovery call to understand your brand, multiple distinct concept directions, revision rounds based on your feedback, final files in all formats (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS) in full color, black and white, and reversed (white on dark) variants. You receive full ownership and rights to the final design — no ongoing licensing fees.

🚀 Startup Packages

Start with a free consultation. We’ll help you understand the landscape, identify the most important first steps, and recommend the right startup package for your situation. Many first-time entrepreneurs are surprised by how much they don’t need to figure out alone — that’s exactly what our startup packages are designed for.

Yes. Every service in our startup packages is also available individually. Business plan development, logo design, website builds, and market research can each be purchased as standalone projects. The packages simply offer a discount and coordination benefit when you need multiple services together.

We help with financial projections and preparing the business plan documentation that lenders and investors typically require. For direct funding advice, loan applications, or investor introductions, we work through trusted referral partners — including local SBA resources, community banks in the Lehigh Valley, and business financing specialists.
